These terms are deliberately short. The full Master Services Agreement is sent and signed before any pilot community goes live; that document governs commercial use. This page exists for the casual reader.
In summary
- Hearth provides software. Your community provides content.
- You can leave at any time and take your data with you.
- We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers.
- Pilot pricing is locked in for the duration of the pilot.
- If something breaks and we're at fault, we fix it. Quickly.
Liability
Hearth is provided as-is during pilot. We make our best effort to keep your community's app online and your data safe. Liability is capped at the fees paid in the prior 12 months. The full MSA contains the legal version of this paragraph.
