Every Hearth plan ships with the full product. Tiers exist for community size and support level, not to gate features you'd expect by default.

Hearth is in its first year. We're onboarding ten pilot communities across Europe in 2026 — not a hundred, not a thousand. Pilot customers get reduced pricing and a direct line to the founder, and in exchange they help us shape the product into something genuinely useful.
Pilot pricing is locked in for the duration of the pilot, and stays locked in as long as you stay with Hearth — even after public pricing changes. We won't surprise you with an increase. We won't quietly remove features and re-sell them. We won't sell the company to a larger one without telling you.
