Where data lives
All Hearth data — community content, resident accounts, uploaded documents, push tokens — is hosted in European Union data centres. We don't replicate it elsewhere without your explicit permission.
What we collect on this marketing site
Only what you tell us. If you submit the demo form, we store the answers and contact you. We don't run third-party marketing trackers, advertising pixels, or session recordings.
What the product collects
Each Hearth deployment is its own tenant. Residents create accounts with email + community code. We store names, emails, device push tokens, and the content their community publishes. Personal phone numbers are not collected.
Who owns it
Your community does. You can export your tenant's data at any time. If you stop using Hearth, we delete your tenant on request, or after 90 days by default.
DPA & GDPR
We sign Data Processing Agreements with every pilot community. Standard DPA template is available on request. Hearth complies with GDPR as a data processor; your community remains the data controller.
